CC-UK offers organisations an assessment process to consider how internal culture, leadership and policies can support or work against being part of a Compassionate Community and/or becoming a Compassionate Company.
The assessment will involve reading and commenting on some HR policies, interviews and/or focus group with leaders and staff and possibly a staff survey.
The assessment time will vary based on organisational size and therefore will be costed following a discussion with the CCUK team.
If you are a group, club or organisation involved in health and care, we can also offer an additional assessment relating to your services. The assessment will consider how you engage social and community networks in the model of care, consider the holistic nature of provision and consider issues of inequity.
